Born and bred in Shanghai, China, I was given a Nikon D800 in high school which sparked my love for photography. Started off in street photography, I then shifted my focus to things that I shoot as I moved to Syracuse NY and Boston MA for college. I completed my doctoral degree in LA and am now based in Cleveland, Ohio.

I have experience and expertise in street photography, portrait photography, event photography, astrophotography, sports photography, and landscape photography. I am a licensed drone operator and was a content creator for NBA China and USC Athletics.

Throughout my career as an educator. I believe in natural beauty, and that the best photos are caught in the least expected moments. The subjects in my lens are my passion and the people in my viewfinder to who I want to bring joy to.‍ ‍
